  Upon booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the billing information and your payment receipt.

  The ticket (QR Code) will be sent to your inbox one day before your arrival (check spam folder also).

  You will be asked to show your ticket (printed or on your mobile device) at our entrance to enter the Water Park.

• Tickets for the same day can be bought upon your arrival at our entrance
• Online tickets for the next day can be purchased up until 12 hours before the water park's daily operation
• Food and beverages that do not come from our facilities are not allowed in the water park

Lockers Service

Lockers are available on the left side of the park entrance, next to our changing rooms. Secure your valuables using lockers and then relax and enjoy your day with us!

• The loss of a key incurs a charge of 10€.
