General Rules & Facts

ATTENTION PLEASE!

 

The safety of our visitors & staff has always been one of the top priorities of Aqualand Corfu Water Park. ​ Thus, we kindly ask you to take the following General Rules and Facts into consideration with absolute seriousness. ​ Please know that by entering, you agree with the rules stated below.

 

BEFORE ENTERING:

• Children under 18 years old are only allowed to enter while accompanied by an adult. ​
• Pets are not allowed into the water park (although we love them too).
• Food and Beverage that do not come from our facilities are not allowed (cases of special nutritional need are excluded).

 

ENTERING:

• Park opening hours 10:00 -18:00.
• Slides operating hours 10:30-17:30.
• Wave Pool operating hours 11:00-17:00.
• Supervisors and staff are always present.
• Please comply with the instructions given by our safety staff. Every instruction given to you exists for your own safety.
• Failure to conform to safety regulations or staff instructions may result in injuries.
• Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or any individuals under the care of a doctor should inform the slides/pools supervisors.
• Certain Aqualand Corfu Water Park activities are conditional on specific age and height limits.
• For the safety of your personal items, use the LOCKERS. (Use is not mandatory)

 

INSIDE:

• Entering the games wearing jewelry is not allowed.
• Make sure that you are wearing suitable or proper swimwear. ​ Shorts or swimsuits with metal accessories or zippers are not allowed.
• Running is prohibited for your own safety due to the possibility of slippery floors. ​
• Diving/Jumping in any of Aqualand Corfu Water Park pools is not allowed.
• We suggest that you wear your flip-flops upon entering W/C, showers, and changing rooms.
• People with various skin conditions or/and open wounds are advised not to enter the pools and the slides. ​
• Please use the showers before entering all pools and attractions. ​
• It is possible that an attraction is out of operation due to technical issues. ​ This does not constitute a case for compensation. ​ ​
• In case of extreme weather conditions such as wind, heavy rain, and lightning strikes, the management might shut the attractions down. ​ The attractions will re-open just as soon as we can assure a totally safe operation. ​ Please, be aware that no refunds will be given for any reason once guests enter the Aqualand Corfu Water Park. ​
• It is possible that an attraction is out of operation due to technical problem. This doesn’t constitute case for compensation.
• Due to some weather conditions, as lightning in the area, strong winds, rain, attractions may shut down by park management. The attractions will re-open just as soon as we can assure a totally safe operation. Please, be aware that no refunds will be given for any reason once Guests enter the Aqualand Corfu Water Park.

 

SAYING GOODBYE: 

• The slides and pools close at 17:30. The gate of Aqualand closes at 18:00.
• Most importantly, you are not allowed to leave Aqualand Corfu Water Park without having the best summer experience ever!

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΠΑΡΑΚΑΛΩ ! ΚΑΝΟΝΕΣ 

Η ασφάλεια των επισκεπτών και του προσωπικού μας ήταν πάντα μία από τις κορυφαίες προτεραιότητες του Aqualand Corfu Water Park. Ως εκ τούτου, σας παρακαλούμε να λάβετε υπόψη με απόλυτη σοβαρότητα τους ακόλουθους Γενικούς Κανόνες. Παρακαλούμε να γνωρίζετε ότι με την είσοδό σας συμφωνείτε με τους κανόνες που αναφέρονται παρακάτω.

 

ΠΡΙΝ ΤΗΝ ΕΙΣΟΔΟ 

• Παιδιά κάτω των 18 ετών επιτρέπεται να εισέλθουν μόνο συνοδευόμενα από ενήλικα.
• Τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται στο υδάτινο πάρκο (αν και τα αγαπάμε κι εμείς).
• Δεν επιτρέπονται τρόφιμα και ποτά που δεν προέχρονται από τις εγκαταστάσεις μας (εξαιρούνται οι περιπτώσεις ειδικών διατροφικών αναγκών.

 

ΚΑΤΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΙΣΟΔΟ: 

• Οι επόπτες και το προσωπικό είναι πάντα παρόντες.
• Παρακαλούμε να συμμορφώνεστε με τις οδηγίες που δίνονται από το προσωπικό ασφαλείας μας. Κάθε οδηγία που σας δίνεται υπάρχει για τη δική σας ασφάλεια. Η μη συμμόρφωση με τους κανονισμούς ασφαλείας ή τις οδηγίες του προσωπικού μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε τραυματισμούς.
• Έγκυες γυναίκες, άτομα με καρδιακές παθήσεις ή οποιοδήποτε άτομο υπό ιατρική παρακολούθηση πρέπει να ενημερώνουν τους επόπτες των τσουλήθρων/πισινών.
• Ορισμένες δραστηριότητες του Aqualand Corfu Water Park υπόκεινται σε συγκεκριμένα όρια ηλικίας και ύψους.

 

ΕΝΤΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΠΑΡΚΟΥ: 

• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι φοράτε το κατάλληλο μαγιό. Σορτς ή μαγιό με μεταλλικά αξεσουάρ ή φερμουάρ δεν επιτρέπονται.
• Προσωπικά αντικείμενα όπως γυαλιά ηλίου, βραχιόλια, σκουλαρίκια, ρολόγια κ.λπ., δεν επιτρέπονται στις τσουλήθρες και τις πισίνες. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι δεν τα έχετε μαζί σας.
• Το τρέξιμο απαγορεύεται για τη δική σας ασφάλεια λόγω της πιθανότητας ολισθηρού δαπέδου.
• Δεν επιτρέπονται βουτιές σε οποιαδήποτε από τις πισίνες του Aqualand Corfu Water Park.
• Σας προτείνουμε να φοράτε τις σαγιονάρες σας κατά την είσοδο στις τουαλέτες, τα ντους και τα αποδυτήρια.
• Άτομα με διάφορες δερματικές παθήσεις ή/και ανοιχτές πληγές συνιστάται να μην εισέρχονται στις πισίνες και τις τσουλήθρες.
• Παρακαλούμε να χρησιμοποιείτε τα ντους πριν την είσοδο σε όλες τις πισίνες και τα παιχνίδια.
• Είναι πιθανό κάποιο παιχνίδι να είναι εκτός λειτουργίας λόγω τεχνικών προβλημάτων. Αυτό δεν αποτελεί λόγο επιστροφής χρημάτων.
• Σε περίπτωση ακραίων καιρικών συνθηκών, όπως άνεμος, δυνατή βροχή και κεραυνός, η διεύθυνση ενδέχεται να κλείσει τα παιχνίδια. Τα παιχνίδια θα ανοίξουν ξανά μόλις μπορέσουμε να διασφαλίσουμε μια απόλυτα ασφαλή λειτουργία. Παρακαλούμε να γνωρίζετε ότι δεν θα δοθούν επιστροφές χρημάτων για οποιονδήποτε λόγο μόλις οι επισκέπτες εισέλθουν στο Aqualand Corfu Water Park.

 

ΚΑΤΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΞΟΔΟ:

• Οι τσουλήθρες και οι πισίνες κλείνουν στις 17:30. Η πύλη της Aqualand κλείνει στις 18:00.
• Και το πιο σημαντικό: Δεν επιτρέπεται να φύγετε από το Aqualand Corfu Water Park χωρίς να έχετε την καλύτερη καλοκαιρινή εμπειρία!
